*Friday night BBQ will be available 6-8pm and must be booked in advance £12.50 pp. We chose to not include this in the overall price and make it optional as we appreciate some people may not be there on time on Friday evening.

Bell Tent Hire - (Link for the bell tent booking form can be found below and in the ticket product on the website store etc. Or people can contact Claire and she will send the form link)

Please only complete the form if you wish to book space in one of the Bell Tents which will be set up ready for when you arrive and provide your accommodation for the whole weekend.

We have secured a number of tents that fit up to a maximum of 6 people depending on if you want a tent to yourself (own party) or happy to share with others. Prices start at £210 per tent based on 2 people sharing and increase slightly depending on how many are in each tent. Max 6 people per tent.

Those of you who want to hire a bell tent but are attending alone or in a couple/small groups may want to get together and look to book a tent together or Claire can allocate you beds in shared tents.

Each tent will be equipped with the exact number of beds for the occupants requested/allocated and include:

-High Camp Beds (Doubles or singles as requested)

-Bed sheets, Luxury Mattress Toppers, Duvet and Pillows

-Fluffy Dressing Gowns, Cosy Blankets, Hot Water Bottles and Towel set (per person)

-Fluffy bedside Rugs, Large Rug and Mats

-Tent Table, Bedside Crate tables and Camp Chairs

-Fairy Lights (inside and out) and Bunting

-Handy Power Bank Phone Charger

-Personalised Lightbox, Lamp and torch

The site has toilets and showers available and some electric hook up points which we will use as communal hook up points around the site for everyone to charge phones etc.

We will only allocate you space in a bell tent after event tickets have been purchased. Claire will contact you regarding your requirements and agree your tent set up before invoicing you. Spaces are only confirmed once a deposit payment of £15per person has been received. Balances are due 31st March 2024.

Please note - This event is a festival and we are on a farm/camsite and at the mercy of the elements. We do have a huge barn at our disposal and a giant teepee as the focal point of the campsite so the event will proceed even if it is pouring down.

There are some electric points around the site but not for every tent/pitch so motorhomes/caravans will be limited unless happy to not be hooked up. We really hope to see many of you there in a much less informal and glamorous setting as one of our balls...lol.

We do know that no matter what the weather and how long the queue for the loos and showers are, we are gonna have an absolute blast together...lol.

** Oh, and just to mention...the campsite is haunted..lol.

Steeped in history the farm's foundations date back to 1373 when allegedly it was used as a Lay Brother's Chapel (connected to Croxden Abbey) before becoming a working farm.

This history has lead to many paranormal events taking place. From sightings of ghostly figures to energy orbs being regularly sited.

***We will also be creating some exciting merchandise for the event which will be revealed in the new year.

Any questions regarding anything to do with the event contact Claire at claire.boyle@hudsonindieink.com x
